The newly renovated and refurbished property comprises of 14 studio apartments designed specifically for the older person and couples, one of whom may have dementia.

The main house provides a wide range or recreational facilities for tenants. An application has been made to CQC to register to provide care to tenants if needed.

We are able to provide tenants with the following as required (some at an additional charge).

It is our intention to support couples coping with dementia to enable them to live together independently in a safe, secure and active community environment.
As our studio apartments are available to rent, all occupants retain their private living accommodation.
Both ground floor and first floor apartments are available. Each apartment comprises of large living/sleeping area, well equipped kitchen with fridge and cookers included. Toilet and bathroom with either bath or walk in shower arrangement.
Direct access to the garden from ground floor apartments.

Apartments can be rented furnished or unfurnished according to individual wishes.
